AdSense javascript  got a new line of code.  The new line discloses the custom channel in plain text and the javascript generated with  the date. The name of the channel generated with javascript is "adsensechannel." Since  your old code will not stop working, you won't be required to update your code. The step has not gone down too well with many people. As they feel that Google does not want to share any information with them. Some think Google apart from hiding Publisher IDs also wants them to disclose the location of their Ads.
