API Version Support Policy Extended to 2 Months

This decision has been taken after receiving the feedbacks on the recent release of AdWords's API Versioning. The previous version will continue for next two months. AdWords released Version 3 on February 27. Therefore, they will continue to support Version 2 through Tuesday, May 2, 2006.

You can use this period to familarize yourself with the test changes, new WSDL, and update your production code.  Therefore, Version 2, will be deactivated in four weeks. All developers those who are running v2 should upagrade to v3 within this period.

Currenly you are using:
– https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/v2/ServiceNameService?wsdl (note the “/v2/” in the middle of the URL).

To re-code for the latest version, just change this URL to:
– https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/v3/ServiceNameService?wsdl.
