comScore Research Tool To Track From Search To Sale (Including Offline Sales)

comScore Networks is going to offer a new tool named qSearch Retail. It will track from the initial Web search to succeeding conversions which includes offline sales. Panel data and follow-up surveys will be used to capture the offline sale. However, comScore states that 60-90 percent of all conversions happen offline.
