Ex-employee Of Google In An Uncensored Interview!

Google is not happy with the anonymity of an interview posted by an anonymous blogger on June 24th. The blogger interviewed an ex employee of Google named "Life at Google – The Microsoftie Perspective". The employee who was interview was also a former Microsoft employee. He talks about Google’s environment as well as areas Microsoft should consider improving in order to be more competitive.

As stated in the introduction of the interview it seems that person left Microsoft to start a company called XYZ which was later purchased by Google and he was hired on as a Senior Software Engineer II / Technical Lead. The authenticity of the interview is still not judged as the name of the interviewee is not mentioned. But whatever be the fact the interview has caused a ton of noise over the past month. This news may not be new for many, but some good aspects of Google and Microsoft were pointed out. People came to know some of the truth behind the scene.
