G.cn : Google China's New Domain

Google China Buys G.cn Domain informs Loren Baker. With this, Google's chinest domain is possibly the shortest domain names for the users in the Chinese market, G.cn.
Google says that this short domain name would help the web users in the country as they would be able to type it in fast. G.cn now redirects to Google.cn. Nevertheless, G.com is owned by the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority.
