Google AdSense Testing New Ad Format?

Speculations and guesswork are going on that Google AdSense is testing a new ad format. A lot of publishers are noticing this at DigitalPoint Forums
Here is the new format:

Some are saying that this format will bring in more revenue and others are saying that may be it is only the ads for the premium users.

I have to agree with everyone,it does seems as if it will be have better CTR than the current leaderboard style.
This is exciting to see google so keen improving their as styles,and really taking initiative.
