Google Algorithm Update Under Wraps?
February 22nd, 2007 | RSS Feed
Sometime back we reported the possibility of a Google Valentines Day update. However, Matt Cutts comment on no possible chances of any Google update slimmed down the chances of an update. However, the news about a major Google update is again making waves.
WebmasterWorld has a huge list of comments on the thread since the 18th of this month on the possible Google update.
Roel at WebmasterWorld says:
A big drop in traffic over the weekend / last 2 days for me. Anyone else seeing this?
A number of other comments have confirmed the same.
WebmasterWorld administrator, Tedster says:
I don't see this as a true rollback – some of the SERPs I monitor have a whole new configuration.
David Ogletree reports the same on his blog post.
