November 27th, 2008 | RSS Feed
Do you find problem in getting quick answers to Google Analytics problems? Google Analytics blog has come up with a new forum within Google help that will assist you in handling Google analytics related difficulties. Now you will not only get advice from Google Analytics employees, but other Google analytics users can also provide you some suggestions.
By making it an open discussion forum, GA team hopes that they will be able to resolve the problems of users in a timelier manner. Users can also vote for the best answers that will be helpful for other finders who can opt for the answers just by considering its rank. The moment users will create a new thread, series of related questions will also appear on the page.
John Henson of Luna metrics, a Google Analytics Authorized Consultant also appreciated GA team for its efforts. He was spotted saying “You will save time by quickly recognizing when the question has been answered. Instead of delving into every question, the experts will now be able to save time by quickly finding out the questions, which are left unanswered. Researchers will save their time as they won’t be required to go through 20 posts in order to get solution for one single issue. Ranking given to each answer will further simplify the whole process and make it less time consuming”.
Hope that Google Analytics will receive lot of positive response from the information seekers that will motivate GA team to add other innovations into the entire process.

Hi,
That is really a great news. There are various advantages of a forum including greatly increased site stickiness and traffic, more content, more keywords that you couldn't have predicted, and, if well managed, the intangible rewards of creating a community.
