Google Coming Out With New Ad Layout ?

There is a Google ads results that shows a layout where there is a blue ad unit on the left side and a white ad unit on the right side adjacent to it. I am not too sure whether this is a new layout or is displayed when there are three top ads in the blue box and one in the white box on the right side.
