Google Earth as Google Earth AdWords
May 8th, 2006 | RSS Feed
It has been reported that some of the European bloggers are noticing a new channel for the serving of local targeted Google Adwords as Google Earth Adwords.
As stated by Philipp Lessen the Radioactive Yak’s screenshots of Google Earth software serves miniature AdWords ads in their Map balloons:
Now, I’d been flying around for a couple of days and not seen a sponsored link before, so (to me at least) this looks like a new addition.
It will have lots of benefits to the users. With the free release of Sketchup users will show more inclination towards Google Earth. This will however be a remarkable source of exposure for the Adwords customer.
