Google Rated as 'Unsatisfactory' Due to Poor Customer Service!

According to a post at Search Engine Land, the recent Better Business Bureaus (BBB) reliability report states that Google has been rated as 'unsatisfactory' due to the fact that, Google has ignored several customer complaints and there seem to be some unresolved complaints as well.

According to BBB, “Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the BBB due to failure to respond to one or more complaints and or two or more otherwise unresolved complaints. However the business has resolved most complaints presented to the bureau. When considering complaint information, please take into account the company's size and volume of transactions, and understand that the nature of complaints and a firm's responses to them are often more important than the number of complaints. The BBB processed a total of 333 complaints about this company in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period. Of the total of 333 complaints closed in 36 months, 125 were closed in the last year.”
