Google Says Their Results Will Be RSS-Enabled
October 10th, 2008 | RSS Feed
According to the Google Blogoscoped, it has been stated that Google will soon start offering RSS feeds for web search results.
This is what The Wall Street Journal has to say on the whole issue:
“In about a month, Google will begin delivering these alerts to users via feeds, as well as emails. Google certainly isn't alone in the alerts arena, as Yahoo, Microsoft and AOL are also players. This week I tried two small companies that recently joined the mission to help users find the Web content using alerts.â€

Search Engine Land writes that Google confirmed to them that “they’ll soon start offering RSS feeds for web search results.
“When it happens, the RSS feeds will be an extension of Google Alerts, which currently only allow notification by email.â€
There’s no specific launch date set for this, Google says.
