Google Sending Notifications for Reconsideration Requests
June 18th, 2009 | 715 Views RSS Feed
Google has climbed a step further after introducing the notification message via your Google mail account feature. It has now come up with a new way of sending a confirmation message about the processing request at your Message Center in Webmaster tools.
Earlier it was difficult for webmasters to know the status of the reconsideration request they sent to Google. The confirmation message via webmaster tools or Google mail will enable you to check the performance of the website in search results immediately. If the site is doing well, Google has reviewed it and considers that it follows the Webmaster Guidelines. In case your website is not performing well, the only option left is to review Webmaster Guidelines and find out the possible reasons for why the site is not showing results.
