Google To Launch Wiki And Presentation Services Soon!
September 5th, 2007 | RSS Feed
Google is all set to launch the Wiki and the company's long-awaited presentation service during this week's Office 2.0 conference, that is scheduled to take place in San Francisco.

Even though there is no official announcement made by Google for this launch, there are several signs pointing towards the imminent launch. And the biggest indicators are the vague comments made by Google officials. At the last year's Office 2.0, Google launched its 'Google Docs and Spreadsheets'. At this years Office 2.0 conference, Jonathan Rochelle, the product manager for Google Spreadsheets, will also be there. For the time being anyone who is interested in the latest Wiki And Presentation Services, can have a look at the demo by Google's CEO Eric Schmidt of the presentation application, along with a post on the Official Google Blog.
The latest wiki application designed by Google would fill out its online office suite, and give more appeal to Google Apps for both small and mid-size business owners who want a consolidated wiki solution. The launch would also coincide with the anniversary of Google's last year acquisition of wiki service JotSpot. There have been some indications of Google's presentation service making an early appearance due to the acquisition of Zenter and Tonic Systems.
If you want to see the real thing, you will have to wait till Thursday.
