Google, Yahoo!'s "Share of Searches" slips while MSN's Rises

According to the data released by Nielsen Online the “share of searches” for Google along with Yahoo! has taken a hit in the month of December 2007 observes John Letzing , while MSN/Windows, Live Search's share has shown an appreciation. The data pertains to the United States.

In the month of November Google had 57.7% share of searches which dropped down to 56.3% in December. As far as Yahoo is concerned, it's November's share of searches was 17.9 whereas in December it dropped marginally to 17.7. The third biggie was the only biggie whose share of searches experienced a raise from 12% in November to 13.8 in December.
