Holiday Update For Live Search?

Is Live Search going for a new update?
Discussion on at the WebmasterWorld of a possible Microsoft update to Live Search.

Just have a look as to what senior member, bwnbwn, has to say on the issue:

It looks to me that there are 2 data centers the serps and they are rotating in and out. One data center is presenting much better serps the other may be a way microsoft is working on the bot and is throwing the spammy one.

But other webmasters are complaning about the update and are not happy with the fact that there will be too much search spam at the top.

Possibly the last update was witnessed in the month of October. A lot of assumptions are made that probably this update has some kind of connection with the new MSNBot Microsoft just started testing.
