For the past one week there is a discussion going on at WebmasterWorld Forums regarding non- proper working of Live.com Page Submission Tool. However, the page posing problems for some users were working fine for some others. Even though users are entering the right code, the page is not accepting it. Also the blocking of cookies is not solving the problem.
