Even though, Matt Cutts has not announced his retirement from Google, companies have started luring him with attractive packages. Jeremy of Shoe Money asked a simple question, 'Would you hire Matt Cutts?' In the post, the writer shows various offers that are being made to lure the Googler. Pepperjam, the largest full service SEM company in the world, is ready to hire Cutts in a fraction of seconds for a salary package of $250K plus profit sharing and stock.

But the question is where do you go from the top? Which company after Google?
