Microsoft AdCenter Responds Late!
June 20th, 2007 | RSS Feed
Microsoft's adCenter may not be prompt but atleast they get the job done and this is the tone at a Webmaster World thread called "Conversion Tracking Gets Turned OFF With no apparent reason where one webmaster lodged the complaint on may 11.

A webmaster's conversion tracking in two of his accounts was turned off due to which he lost a lot of data.
Finally, Microsoft adCenter's official representative responded saying,
"Hi everyone,
I got word from our Support team that they isolated this issue and fixed it – the fix was verified on 6/15.
If you see this happening again for you, please let me know. Thanks for your patience with this, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

This does not come at a good time. Microsoft is losing ground heavily in the battle with the other two search giants. Not the time to lose any more of its existing users.
