You Can Actually Sue & Win Against Google!

Aaron Greenspan, President & CEO of Think Computer Corporation sued Google for dis-enabling his AdSense account without prior notice and even won the claim!
Have a look at these lines that were a part of an email sent to Google legal from his side:
“I will file a civil suit in Superior Court. To me, my account termination looks like a fraudulent way for Google to cut down on its accounting liabilities in an economic downturn.â€
And here is the response from Google's side:
“However, after thoroughly reviewing your account data and taking your feedback into consideration, we've re-confirmed that your account poses a significant risk to our advertisers. For this reason, we're unable to reinstate your account.â€
