Google Adwords API Version 3 Shutdown Today

Google AdWords has announced the end of Version 3 today. This is as per the previous intimations. To avoid any interruption make sure that you have migrated your applications to Version 4. Version 4 (V4) introduces three major enhancements to the AdWords API: local time zone operations, reporting on a list of account logins, and an update of the traffic estimator fields.     Pls, need your help, I got API from google and with this "http://ojumpeters.blogspot.com" I already put my HTML code together in notepad and saved as .html but I am having problem to lunch it without clicking on the html source code file, I want to be able to put the link on web browser for my web page to display, please help!!
