Website Pros Inc., a Web design and marketing firm, is planning to acquire Submitawebsite Inc., a search engine optimization company. The acquisition is expected to be complete by 31st March 2007. the terms and conditions have not yet been revealed
"The acquisition of Submitawebsite will allow us to leverage and deepen relationships with both companies' customer bases," said Website Pros CEO David Brown. "The acquisition is consistent with our strategic plan of providing high value-add solutions that can be applied across our large and growing customer base."

Submitawebsite will operate as a separate brand of Website Pros, and its operations will remain in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Website Pros Inc. (NASDAQ: WSPI), based in Jacksonville, provides Web services and products to small and medium-sized businesses, including Web site design and publishing, Internet marketing and advertising, search engine optimization, search engine submission and lead generation. The company went public in November 2005.

A blog which doesn’t allow comments is still a blog. When I started blogging over six years ago, there were many many blogs already. Yes, I know it seems to many as if in the year 2000 you had to hunt around to find a blog. You didn’t. They were “everywhere”. Most have just closed down since then.
