StepForth's SEO News Blog reports “Yahoo! Ad Descriptions About to Changeâ€.
"As of June 2007, long descriptions(up to 190 characters) will be eliminated, and those who are unprepared will see their ad copy truncated with an ellipsis." The post also suggests, "campaign performance may be affected by the new truncated ads, so it is recommended to change your ads prior to the switch."
