Yahoo! and Havas Digital Announce Global Partnership. Will Adopt AMP from Yahoo!

Yahoo! Inc. has announced that, it has partnered with Havas Digital, which is one of the world's leading interactive agencies and has agreed upon a Global Partnership. As per the deal, Havas Digital will work with the Right Media Exchange to develop a proprietary media trading platform based on Yahoo's technology. Yahoo's AMP! (Advertising Management Platform) significantly simplifies the process of buying and selling ads online and Havas Digital is planning to adopt AMP! from Yahoo!. Havas wants to serve their customers better and extend its advertising platform and hence, it is looking towards the adoption of AMP! from Yahoo!
AMP! from Yahoo! is scheduled to be launched in 3rd Quarter of 2008, beginning with the Newspaper Consortium. This deal would also include a partnership between Yahoo! and Havas Digital's Centers of Excellence to build a global outsourcing practice, based in India and Brazil, for digital advertising leveraging the Right Media Exchange.

The combined capabilities will allow Havas Digital clients to execute highly segmented media buys on a mass scale.
