Yahoo! To Merge Yahoo! Local Blog With Yahoo! Search Blog!

Yahoo! is planning to expand the Yahoo! Search Blog to include news and developments from Yahoo! Local. Hence moving forward in this direction, Yahoo! is shutting down the Yahoo! Local Blog and is merging it with the Yahoo! Search Blog to provide users with all the latest developments in local search.
This would mean, that the subscribers will keep receiving updates from Yahoo! Search, but there would be bits and pieces of local search announcements as well.
