will adding: META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOODP"
META NAME="Slurp" CONTENT="NOODP" effect my site ranking or keyword phrases?

No it will not. It will simply show the title you have in the title tags of your pages rather than what is listed in the directory.
